Western blot analysis of Iduronate 2 Sulfatase in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Samples were incubated in Iduronate 2 Sulfatase polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46990) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Iduronate 2‚Sulfatase/IDS at approximately 42 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
